Eligibility for Refunds
In accordance with UK consumer law, you are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receipt, without providing any reason. After informing us of your decision to cancel, you have another 14 days to return the goods.
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:
- The item was purchased in the last 14 days.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- The item isn’t used or damaged.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
Refund Process

- Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide a return address.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@clear-touch.co.uk and send your item to the address provided by our customer service team.
